All information entered on an audition form is saved in a reusable talent profile on the user's account so that subsequent auditions are super fast and easy because most of the information will be filled in already.
Users can make changes to this information at any time by editing a talent profile directly, and show directors will always see the most recent information when reviewing audition or cast information.
