Making changes to a submitted audition form
In general, an auditionee can make changes to their form any time before auditions take place.
Making changes directly on the audition form
Show-specific questions from the audition form can be updated directly on the review page. These include...
- Time slot selections
- Role preferences
- Audition video link
- Additional information
- Responses to director questions
Not every show will have all of these sections activated, and only active sections will be available for editing.
Making changes via talent profile
Other parts of the audition profile can be changed by editing the user's talent profile directly, and can be updated at any time before, during, or after a production.
- Profile information can be updated at any time by making changes to the talent profile directly.
- Conflict calendars can be updated at anytime directly in the talent profile.
Making changes to one's conflict calendar during an active production will prompt the director that conflicts are out of sync. Ultimately it is the director's decision to approve or deny new conflicts, especially in the middle of a production.
Can directors make changes to my audition form?
No. If you did not check the box for WILL ACCEPT ANY ROLE when you auditioned, you can trust that the director cannot maliciously say that you did.
