Making changes to a submitted audition form

In general, an auditionee can make changes to their form any time before auditions take place.

Making changes directly on the audition form

Making changes via talent profile

Other parts of the audition profile can be changed by editing the user's talent profile directly, and can be updated at any time before, during, or after a production.

Making changes to one's conflict calendar during an active production will prompt the director that conflicts are out of sync. Ultimately it is the director's decision to approve or deny new conflicts, especially in the middle of a production.
