Agreement
The audition form serves two very important roles within the Cast98 platform:
- Functionally it captures profile information and conflict calendars for directors to use during auditions and rehearsal scheduling
- Legally it ensures that users understand their privacy rights and agree to share their private information with the show directors
The agreement step gives directors peace of mind that every auditionee has given their permission to use their information for the purpose of the show.
Talent Profile Selection
In some rare instances, a user may not have any talent profiles on their account and so they will be prompted to quickly create one.
Everything that follows in the audition form (profile info and conflict calendar) will be saved to the user's talent profile in order to expedite future auditions and to give them control over their information and make updates as needed at any time.
