How much credit will I receive for posting a review?

You will receive a one-time $20 credit on your studio's next membership invoice for each public review you post, screenshot, and send to us for confirmation. For example, if you leave a review in November, your December renewal will be discounted. Please allow 3 days to process your credit.

Should I leave an honest review?

Absolutely! I never want dishonest feedback. But if you run into any issues, I do always appreciate the chance to put things right first. My goal is to always help you get the most out of Cast98, and if you don't feel like it's been a good value I'd like you to tell me directly how it could better serve your needs.

Can I leave multiple reviews on the same platform?

If you previously left a review on a platform and received a credit on your invoice, you will not earn any extra credits for additional reviews on the same platform.
