As of writing this documentation, the inventory management tool supports two categories of inventory: props and costumes. If there's another category you'd like to track, please contact support with a feature request.
Importing Inventory Using a CSV
Import your inventory from a CSV file. The CSV must be formatted correctly to be imported successfully. You canĀ download the templateĀ and fill it out with your inventory data.
These columns are required:
TheĀ titleĀ column should contain a short, basic text reference for the item
These columns are optional:
TheĀ notesĀ column can contain a longer text description, though brevity is still advised
TheĀ showsĀ column should contain any show titles separated by backslashes (e.g. Aladdin/Beauty and the Beast/Frozen, Jr.).
TheĀ typeĀ column should contain the type of item (e.g., prop, costume, etc.).
TheĀ locationĀ column should contain the location of the item (e.g., storage bin #27, Closet 2 Rack 13, Storage Unit 142, etc.).
TheĀ imageĀ column should contain a URL to an image file. An image file URL will end in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png
TheĀ color column should contain a very short bit of text
TheĀ size column should contain a very short bit of text
All other columns of data will be preserved in a display-only state asĀ more info. Feel free to submit a feature request for adding new headers.
