Throughout your production there are some elements kept private until you are ready to release them to the public or your cast and crew. Let's talk about these options and how they each affect what your cast/crew can see.

Audition Form

• Admin Only keeps this resource private to show admins only.
• Public makes this resource publicly accessible from your show's main page.
• Private protects this resource with a password.

Cast list

• Admin Only keeps this resource private to show admins only.
• Public makes this resource publicly accessible from your show's main page. It also enables the Cast & Crew Resources menu so that your cast members can view protected tools like the rehearsal schedule and chat groups.

Rehearsal Schedule

• Admin Only keeps this resource private to show admins only. If the cast list is published, cast and crew trying to view the rehearsal schedule will be advised to check back later.
• Cast and Crew makes this resource accessible to logged-in users who have a talent profile that appears on your published cast or crew list. The cast/crew version of the rehearsal schedule is equipped with the popular "Just Mine" filter and attendee matching so that parents, for example, can see at a glance which of their children need to attend which rehearsals. It also offers the one-click ability to save rehearsals to a 3rd-party calendar.
• Public makes this resource publicly accessible from your show's main page. The public version of the rehearsal schedule is designed for use by directors who are only using Cast98 for rehearsal scheduling. It is highly recommended that directors DO NOT enable public access for the rehearsal schedule when using the cast list. Nothing will explode but cast members get very confused when they view the public version of the schedule - which does not include the "Just Mine" filter or any individual attendees - instead of the cast & crew version of the schedule.
